Our Values
1. God
We value God as the sovereign Creator, Lord, Provider, Law Giver, and Judge over all people and things.
π β13 I heard every creature in heaven, on earth, under the earth, on the sea, and everything in them say, Blessing and honor and glory and power be to the one seated on the throne, and to the Lamb, forever and ever!β (Revelation 5:13).
β Revelation 5:13
2. The Word of God
We value the Bible as Godβs authoritative, inerrant, and sufficient guide for life and godliness.
π "All Scripture is inspired by God and is profitable for teaching, for rebuking, for correcting, for training in righteousness."
β 2 Timothy 3:16
3. Gospel
We value the gospel as the good news that Jesus died and God raised him from the dead to save sinners.
π β3 For I passed on to you as most important what I also received: that Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures, 4 that he was buried, that he was raised on the third day according to the Scriptures.β
β 1 Corinthians 15:3-4
4. Mission
We value Jesusβs mission: to make disciples (of Jesus) of all nations.
π "Go, therefore, and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit."
β Matthew 28:19
5. Character
We value Christlike character, pursuing holiness, humility, and integrity as a reflection of Godβs nature.
π β22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, 23 gentleness, and self-control. The law is not against such things.β
β Galatians 5:22-23
6. Family
We value the family as God's design for forming faith, modeling love, and passing on the gospel to the next generation.
π "These words that I am giving you today are to be in your heart. Repeat them to your children."
β Deuteronomy 6:6β7a
7. Serving the Community
We value serving our neighbors in love, showing the compassion of Christ through practical action.
π "Let us not get tired of doing good, for we will reap at the proper time if we donβt give up."
β Galatians 6:9
